Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) is committed to fair procurement practices. WRHN has made a third-party hotline available to contractors.

When you have reasonable grounds to believe that you have been solicited for a kickback from a WRHN employee, contractor, physician or volunteer, we ask and encourage you to report this through the WRHN hotline.

When you use the hotline your report will be forwarded to WRHN’s director of internal audit. The director is independent of management and reports to the hospital’s board of directors through the board’s audit committee. You will receive a case number that will allow communication with you through the hotline website. You can choose to remain anonymous when using this hotline.
