Support for Care Partners

Care partner are people who:

• Provide physical and/or emotional support to family, partners, friends or neighbours
• Do not get paid to do this care work

Care partners might be offering their help for many different reasons. The demands on a care giver(s) is usually very high. We want to make sure you are supported too.

Waterloo Wellington Regional Cancer Program - Care Partner Supports

As part of the Waterloo Wellington Regional Cancer Program you can access cancer resources by visiting the J. Wesley Graham Patient and Family Resource Centre.

Additional support is available to care partners through WWRCP Registered Social Workers. Speak with your health care team to access these supports.
