Help us plan the future of Grand River Hospital

We are building a plan that will identify where we want to be in 10 years, our goals, and the work that will need to happen to get us there. Given that the hospital provides service to the community, your input is vital.

Your voice will help us to identify what is most important to our community and where we might need to focus our efforts.

There are two ways you can participate:

While this survey will close on January 17, feedback will continue to be gathered from our staff, patients, families, health partners and our community to support our planning with a goal of presenting our hospital mission, direction and goals this summer.
